• Where is the store based?

• Concerning shipping

  Prints are shipped flat in clear plastic sleeves in rigid mailers. Buttons/pins are shipped in bubble mailers. All orders come with tracking. I used to offer a cheaper non-tracked option, but for my convenience and peace of mind that option is no longer available. If you really want the non-tracked option, please contact me.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

  ▼ UK CUSTOMERS: Due to new VAT laws, I cannot take orders from the UK from this storefront. Please contact me so I can set up an order for you elsewhere!

• Why are some prints so weirdly sized?

  Some drawings were originally made for zines or without printing in mind. I don't like to crop out anything from the original image so the sizes end up being a bit strange. Please also note that most prints are full bleed, without borders. I cut them by hand so there will always be a slight margin of error when it comes to sizing. If you like framing prints, my advice would be to use float frames which can accommodate a range of sizes.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Since this is a small shop, I will ship at my own convenience, which may not be right away, but most likely within the week. Please let me know in the notes if you need something urgently, though I can't make any guarantees.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
